Do you want to learn more about the payment methods we offer?
Then here is an overview of information on available payment methods, payment partners, transfer limits and payment security. Please be aware that not all payment methods and plans (e.g. subscription or installment payment) are equally suitable for all target groups and products.
Secure payment methods
As mentioned above, there are some regulations protecting consumer rights that may affect your cancellation and chargeback rates. Credit card payments, for example, can be charged back by your customers up to 120 days after a successful transfer and the corresponding product delivery, irrespective of an expired cancellation period.
Cases in which customers would exercise their rights are:
- Product has not been delivered
- Product does not match the description
- Fraud activities
Thanks to 3D-Secure (3DS), an authentication process in effect since January 2021, credit card payments have become less susceptible to fraud.
