Here you can find

  • the next 4 steps we recommend
  • a link to our help center
  • a link to our Facebook community where you can exchange ideas with other sellers
  • a link to our online course masterclass.

You can also start a tour that shows you the essential elements of elopage or book an appointment for a consultation.

Step 1: Create your first product

  • Create your first product. For testing, you should create and publish a free trial product. In order to create paid products, this needs a sales release. As a seller, you need an active payment provider in your own name and in the reseller model a legitimation and activation of the product is necessary.

All instructions for product creation can be found in the >> Products category in the help center.

Step 2: Create your sales pages

So that you can offer your product with sales release (here, for example, your free test product), you have automatically received a shop page and a product and checkout page for the product.

Configure the shop page according to your CI and provide your own header for it.

Our instructions for configuring your shop theme can be found in the category "Design & Customization" / "Shop Themes."

Step 3: Make a test purchase

Click "Get Started" at step three and buy your free trial product and see what it looks like from a buyer's perspective.

After purchase, you will see the thank you page for the product and receive the purchase confirmation email with relevant links.
IMPORTANT:

If you have created a free online course or membership as a test product and would like to test the process with password creation and login, then you should enter a different email address than that of your provider account when purchasing.

This will give you a new payer account, allow you to set your password and then log into your payer account.

For your buyers, we have a dedicated section in our help center -> https://support.elopage.com/hc/de/categories/115000626265. Feel free to look around there or link in your purchase confirmation emails to certain instructions to avoid questions.

Step 4: Complete your account

Click on this area and you will see which settings are still necessary.

In this example, the sales model "Seller model" is selected, so that a payment provider must be activated here.
