With the download product, you can sell files up to 10 GB in size and deliver them immediately. Your customers can download the product directly after placing their order on the elopage thank you page.

Step-by-step guide
Creating a download product
- In the main menu of your seller account, go to "Products."
- Click on "Create" in the upper right corner.
- Select "Download Product" from the product portfolio.
Setting up the product page
- In the "Product page" tab, enter the product name, a longer product description and a short description for the checkout page (optional).
- Upload one or more cover images or paste the URL of an image or streaming video.
- Check the "Show the cover on the checkout page" checkbox if you want a smaller version of the image to also be shown on the checkout page.
- Choose the position of the product on your >>Shop page (optional).
- Determine>>the sale limit (optional).
Uploading files
- Upload at least 1 file.

You can upload files from your hard drive, account library, or Dropbox.
- Check the "Change all file names to product names" checkbox if you want all files to have the product name.
Editing files
- If you have not checked the "Change all file names to product names" checkbox, you can name them individually by clicking on the pencil icon.
- If you have uploaded multiple files, you can use the drag-and-drop icon to drag the file to a different position and thus change the order of the files.
- You can remove the file again by clicking on the trash can icon.
- Click on "Next" in the lower right corner.
Setting up the checkout page
- Create or choose a >>pricing plan.
Please note
Since the download link is available immediately after the order, we recommend removing the payment methods advance payment, SEPA and purchase on account from the pricing plan.
- Edit the cancellation terms (optional), e.g. if you also or exclusively work in the B2B sector.
- Click on "Next" in the lower right corner.

The settings in the "Checkout page," "Delivery," "Other" and "Upselling" tabs are standardized and set so that you can skip these steps by clicking "Next." The "IAP Details" tab is only relevant if you have booked the >>mobile app for sellers. In "IAP Details" simply click on "Save & Close." Then the area >>Product pages with links & preview options opens.
