You can provide a product quantity for your product so that it can only be bought x times in total. Once the number has been reached, the sales release does not apply, which means that the product is no longer displayed in your shop and the product link no longer works.
- Select your product and click on "Edit."
- Scroll down to "More Options."
- Provide the available number for this product here.
If there is no sales limit, leave the field empty and do not enter a 0. At 0, the product cannot be sold.
You can then choose whether
- always the current available number is displayed or
- if the available number is above 10, then "> 10 available" is displayed and only below that the exact number.
Here is an example of how this looks on your payment page. You cannot currently customize the design for this.

Providing a sale limit per ticket
With the eTicket, you can provide a separate sales limit for each ticket and thus control how many seats are available for which ticket.
Important: A product that has been ordered with prepayment but has not yet been paid for (status = waiting for finalization) will only be taken into account when payment has been received.
So if you have a lot of transfers waiting for finalization, you should reduce the limit in good time and clarify whether a payment is still coming in for the purchase. Otherwise, after the prepayment has been automatically assigned, the sales limit may be exceeded.
