For all subscriptions and installment payments, you have the option to change the previously selected payment method at any given time. There are two ways to change the payment method.
1. Changing the payment method directly from your account
- Log into your customer account.
- Click on "Payments" and then "Orders" in the menu on the left.
- Then scroll to the right and click on the "..." symbol, then click on “link”, which will take you to the payment overview for this order.
- On the bottom of the page, you can find the option “Change payment method”.
Selecting a new payment method
After clicking on the “Change payment method” button, a pop-up appears where you can select the new payment method.
Credit Card:
- Click on "Change payment method".
- Select credit card and click on the yellow "Change payment method" button.
- Click on "Pay next installment".
- Now you will be forwarded to the 3D Secure site, where you can enter the new credit card details and from which the new rate will be triggered.
- The payment is carried out and automatically saved for the next due dates.
PayPal:
- Click on "Change payment method"
- Select PayPal and click on the yellow "Change payment method" button.
- Click on "Pay next installment".
- You will be forwarded to PayPal. There you can enter the required data and complete the payment.
SOFORT-Überweisung:
- Click on "Change payment method".
- Select "SOFORT" and click on the yellow "Change payment method" button.
- Click on "Pay next installment".
- You will be forwarded to "SOFORT". There you can enter the required data and complete the payment.
Bank wire:
- Click on "Change payment method".
- Click on "Pay next installment".
- You will be shown the necessary information for the transfer and also receive them by email separately.
Important: Please specify the intended purpose and Reference ID in the transfer so that the payment can be assigned automatically. Please do not add any additional information to the reference field.
SEPA
- Click on "Change payment method".
- Enter the IBAN and click on "Change payment method" again.
Please Note:
For the payment methods PayPal, Sofort and Bank Wire, the seller will send you an email before the due date, indicating that the next payment should be done manually.
