If you have purchased a product with subscription payments, you can cancel this through your payment management link.
If the product has a minimum term, the termination will only take effect at the end of the minimum term.
Please refer to your payment administration page for details.
To do so, please:
- Log into your customer account
- Click on "Payments" and then "Orders" in the menu on the left.
- Then scroll to the right and click on the "..." symbol, then click on “link”, which will take you to the payment overview for this order.
On the next page you can then cancel the subscription by clicking on "Cancel".
The cancellation will then take effect on the final due date for your payment.
For a subscription without a minimum term, this is 1 day before the next due date.
In the case of a subscription with a minimum term and possibly an additional extension, this is 1 day before the end of the minimum term or the additional extension.
Cancel on the shop page of the provider
You also have the option to cancel the subscription on the provider's store page where you made the purchase. In your browser history you will probably find this page still saved. In the header area of the shop or membership, you will then find the option "Cancel subscription" in the upper right corner.
