To check how many installments of your payment are still due, please follow the steps below.

  • Log into your elopage customer account.
  • Click on "Payments" and then  "Orders" on the left.
  • Select the order and click on the "three dots" on the right … and then click on "Link".

You will then automatically be redirected to the payment overview page.

Click on "Bill next amount". Depending on the type of payment, you will be redirected to the payment page or, in the case of a bank wire, to the page with the necessary information for the transfer.

 

Payment of future installments

You will receive an email with a payment reminder 5 to 7 days before the next payment is due. This time may vary, depending on the payment settings of the respective seller. After you have received this email, you can either make the payment via the corresponding button in the email, or follow the steps as described above.
