Viewing, editing, deleting and deactivating coupon codes

You can find the list of coupon codes you have created under "Marketing" and "Coupon Codes."

Here you can:

  • tell which ones have been redeemed and how many are still valid
  • filter, edit, deactivate or delete them
  • export them as a PDF or CSV file
  • configure which data you want to be displayed here.

Important!

If you delete an unused coupon code that you have already distributed, it can no longer be redeemed.

If you have created and saved a coupon code for subscription and installment payments that it is valid for all subscription and installment payments and this was already saved when purchasing, it continues to apply because the parameters are permanently saved in the customer's pricing plan when purchasing.

Viewing the discount during the transfer

In the transfer details you can see for each purchase whether it was bought with a discount and, if so, how much.

In the CSV file, which you can export from the transfer overview, you can also see the coupon code used.
