Have you activated >>Automated invoicing and would you like to download all invoices in one place in order to pass them on to accounting or tax consulting? It is super easy to do! In the "Billing & Reports" area, you can create custom invoice reports and export them as a ZIP file.
Step-by-step guide
Create a report
- In the main menu of your seller account, go to "Billing & reports" and "Reports."
- Select the "Invoices" tab here.
Page title
Enter the name of your report here, e.g. invoices 01.-28.02.2021.
Account
Select all or one of the following accounts here:
Payment status
Here you can filter by invoices with the following status:
- open amounts
- amounts paid
- all amounts
From … To
Enter the period for which you want to create a report here.
- Finally, click on "Create report."
Info
Depending on the size of the file, it may take a few minutes to create. The status remains on "Waiting for finalization." You can leave the area as the action is carried out in the background.
Export report
- Click on the "download" icon on the right to download your report as a ZIP file.
