The password of your customer account can be changed directly after logging into your account.
Change your password
- Log into your account
- On the left menu click on the “Settings” and then “Profile“
- Click on the pen next to the Email or Password box to change it.
- Please enter the previous password and then the new one twice.
- Click on "Save".
Change the e-mail address of the account:
- Enter the new e-mail address
- Confirm it with the password
- Then click on "Save"
The password change applies to the entire account, regardless of the type of account this change is being made.
