In the transfer and invoice details you will find all the information and receipts relating to your customers' payments. Here you can change invoice information and initiate transfer cancellations.

Save & download transfer details
- In the main menu of your seller account, go to "Payments" and "Transfers."
- Click on the "transaction ID" or on the right on "Details" and you will get to the transfer details. Use our >>intelligent filter here too.
- Click the "Transfer Details" button. A PDF document opens with the details of the transfer, which you can save and/or download as a file.
Cancel transfer & reimburse
- Click the "Cancel" button.
- You will be forwarded to the order.

Save invoices & download
- In the main menu of your seller account, go to "Payments" and "Transfers."
- Click on the "transaction ID" or on the right on "Details" and you will get to the transfer details. Use our >>intelligent filter here too.
- Click on "Invoice Details."
- Click on the "Download Invoice" button. The invoice opens in PDF, which you can save and/or download as a file.
Info
You can also access your invoices via the main menu of your seller account under "Billing & Reports" and then "Invoices." In the invoice details you will find, among other things, the link to your checkout page, the order ID with a link to the >>Order details and the >>Payment manage page link.
Change invoice
- In the main menu of your seller account, go to "Payments" and "Transfers."
- Click on the "transaction ID" or on the right on "Details" and you will get to the transfer details. Use our >>intelligent filter here too.
- Scroll to the "Payer Details" section and click on "Change and Send Invoice."
- The "Edit details" pop-up opens. Make the changes here and then click on "Save & Send."
- Click on the "History" button to see the history of the invoice change made.
Please note
If you save the changes, an email with the changed invoice will be sent to your customers automatically. The change only applies to the respective invoice, not to the >>customer data.
