Ticket buyers will automatically receive an email from you via elopage. In the case of advance payments, there are two emails.
- If you buy in advance, you will first receive the payment information for your transfer.
- For all other payment methods and if the advance payment has been received, you will receive the >> purchase confirmation email with the eTicket.
As a default,* this contains the button on your download page at elopage. This contains the button
- to download the tickets and
- to download the invoice (if the ticket costs something and you have activated automated invoicing).
* If you use our default purchase confirmation email, the button to display the download page for the ticket is automatically included.
If you use a >>individual purchase confirmation email, the button for displaying the download page will be displayed if you have entered the parameter %{next_page_link} .
