Directly when purchasing, your customer will receive an email with information about the issued SEPA direct debit mandate with the subject "Thank you for your order by direct debit."
Here the customer is informed of
- the purchase
- the price
- the expected debit date
- and the issued SEPA mandate for a one-off payment or a regular payment.
When the product is delivered by us
If the product is delivered by us, the customer will receive your purchase confirmation email (unless you have deactivated it).
Before the next charge
7 days before the due date of the next payment, the customer receives the email "Information on the due date of the next payment."
Here we inform you about the upcoming debit for the product, the amount and the expected debit date.
