Paying transfer & service fees

Any payment that occurs through us incurs the transfer and service fees described in the cost overview.  If you give part of the earnings to a publisher or joint venture partner, these commissions also reduce your earnings.

For all payment methods where the amount

  • goes directly to your elopage payment account, we will deduct this directly upon receipt
  • goes to your PayPal account, we will invoice you on the 1st of the next month.

You can find this invoice and the list of the related transfers under "My Plan."

The costs that accrued per payment can be found individually in the transfer details. In addition, you can also create your own reports for your elopage account and the payments that have gone to PayPal.

When the payment is set up for the first time, the costs that have accrued so far are settled and collected.

Then we create an invoice on the 1st of the following month and initiate the direct debits. In the case of credit cards, the debit is made on the same day. In the case of SEPA payments, due to the SEPA guidelines, the debit is first made six days later.

View the overview under "My plan"

  • Go to "My Plan" in your seller account.

Video streaming fees

Videos that you have created using the >>video blocks for streaming are included up to a certain number, depending on the plan or app, and are therefore free of charge. If the number of your streaming videos exceeds 25 (with the app >>Videos or in the Advanced Plan) or 100 (in the Pro Plan), all additional videos will be billed separately. You will also find an overview of the additional options under "My Plan."

You can find detailed information on billing at: https://elopage.com/features/elopage_videos.

Set up the direct debit

You can find out how to set up the direct debit under "Paying monthly costs for elopage," as the set-up applies to the monthly costs for the plan and apps as well as to the transfer-related costs for SEPA payments.
