In the reseller model, we need information
- about you or your company
- your support information and
- the cash-out account.
Please provide this data under "Settings" and "Legal notice." This data does not appear in the legal notice.
We use your customer support information for
- the sender block in the emails to your customers and
- the contact details at the top right of your pages.
Important: Before we can cash you out, we need some documents from you. You can send this to us using our contact form. These include:
- ID card, front and back
- Proof of your business (trade license, extract from the commercial register)
- Proof of your tax number (for example an official letter from the tax office
- Proof of your bank account (e.g. a blacked out account statement on which the name of the account holder and the IBAN can be seen)
If we do NOT receive these records from you, we cannot initiate your cash-out for this period. If we do not receive the records upon request or if they are insufficient, all of your purchases will be canceled and you will not receive any cash-out at the end.
