PDF stamping

  • Updated

If your download product contains PDF files and you have activated the PDF stamp, we will stamp the PDF file at the bottom right when it is delivered to your customer.

This means that the date of purchase, the recipient's email address and the transfer number are printed at the bottom of each page.

No stamp is applied to courses where your client can download the file directly from the course.

Important: The PDF file is always provided as a ZIP archive. This means that your customers need a program on their device to unpack the ZIP archive.

Instructions

  • Go to Products and click on "edit" for your product.
  • Go to the "More".
  • Enable PDF stamping.

Please note:

  • Please make sure that your PDF file is not too large. Therefore, you should compress large PDF files before uploading them to your product .
  • The stamp is attached at the bottom right. So leave a little space in the footer at the bottom of your file so that the stamp doesn't get printed on your text or images. The best thing to do is to test it beforehand by buying your product for free and looking at the result.
  • The PDF file is always provided as a zip archive - even if it is only a single PDF file.
