When you invite team members, you assign them a >> user role that you previously created.
This gives a user authorized by you the appropriate rights and access to the defined areas (views with all data and rights to the features in these views (create product, adjust rates, cancel invoices, etc.).
- Click "Settings" and "Users & Partners."
- Click on the "Users" tab.
Here you have an overview of the users who have access to your account.
You can see which role you have assigned them and whether they are activated. If you click on the "i," you will get an overview of the permissions provided from the role.
- Click on "... " on the editing pen to assign a role to the user. If the role has rights to the "Products" view, you can also restrict access to certain products.
- Save the change. After that, your user can edit these products within the scope of the assigned rights and see the corresponding views with all data.
