Membership is a product type that allows you to provide your customers with multiple products at once. For example, you can use it to set up a membership for which your customer regularly pays. As long as the payments are made, access remains.
You can add any products to your membership, such as
- Online courses
- eTickets / vouchers
- Download products and
- digital products.
Here you have the same setting options as for all other product types (product page, payment, delivery, etc.).
The products can of course still be sold individually.
In our Use cases, you will find a few ideas for using the membership.
With your own membership theme, you can make your product an absolute eye-catcher. Create your own theme or different themes and then provide it(them) with the product.
You don't need a lot of technical knowledge or programming skills to create or customize your theme.
Access by customers
All customers who have access will receive these products. As a product, only the membership is displayed for the time being. By double-clicking you will then get to the products contained there.
Change included products
You can add or remove products at any time and automatically inform your existing customers about new or deleted products with a click.
Create your membership product
- Go to "Products" and then create a product of type "Membership."
- Describe and design your product as usual and set the payment details.
Overview of sales
The overview of the sales can be found as usual under "Customers" and "Orders."
With each order you can see in the details which products are included in the membership product for a customer.
The online courses included in your membership product will appear in the "Accesses" overview.
Here you can view or block the accesses as usual.
In principle, access to the course is based on the pricing plan stored there. If you want to limit the access to the membership including all included products, you have to do this manually.
