With the Membership product type, you can provide your customers with several products at once. For example, you can use it to set up a member area that the customer pays for regularly. As long as they pay on time, they maintain their access.
You can add any products to your member area, such as:
- Online courses
- eTickets / Coupons
- Download products
- Digital products
Here you have the same settings as all the other product types (product page, payment, delivery, etc.).
The products can of course still be sold individually.

Step-by-step guide
Creating a membership product
Creating a product
- Go to "products" and click on "Create".
- Select "Membership" as the product type.
- Click on "Create".
- Describe and design your membership product as usual, set the price, etc.
Adding products to your membership
All products that you add to your membership are available to your customer as long as they are included in the membership. If you delete a product from your membership, it will automatically become unavailable to your customers.
If you save a certain ticket in a membership, all buyers of that membership will automatically receive a ticket for this date in their name.
- Go to the "Products" step in "Product editing."
- Click on "Add products".
- Select the products that belong in the membership.
Defining the order of the products
After you have added the products, you can still change the order in which the products appear in your customer's membership. If you leave it this way, the products will be in order of ID number.
Click on the symbol with the cross on the right hand side to sort and change the order of the products using drag and drop.
This particularly makes sense if a membership has a modular structure and you, for example, offer courses that should be completed in a certain order and build upon each other or even have later drop in dates.
Use cases
Course 1 starts immediately and lasts for 1 month. The knowledge of course 1 is required for course 2. Course 2 starts 1 month after purchasing the membership. In this case, it makes little sense for course 2 to be displayed first as the customer then sees that the pages will only be activated in 1 month.
Selecting a membership theme (optional)
If you have also used the "Customization" app and a membership theme, you can store this layout in your membership product.
- Go to the "Advanced" step.
- Select the membership theme you created earlier.
- "Save" or "update" the product.
