You can change the order in which the products are displayed to your customers in the membership at any time.
This makes sense in particular if a membership has a modular structure and you, for example, offer courses that should be completed in a certain order and build on one another or even have later start dates for that reason.
Important:
If you have added categories in your membership theme as described here -> Sort the products in the buyer account, then each category will be sorted separately.
Example
Course 1 starts immediately and lasts for one month. The knowledge of course 1 is required for course 2. Course 2 starts one month after purchasing membership. Then it makes little sense if course 2 is displayed first and your customer then sees that the pages will only be activated in one month.
Change product order
- Go to products.
- Click on your membership product.
- Go to the "Edit" item and select "Products."
Here you will see the products already included.
- Click the icon with the cross on the right and drag and drop the product to the appropriate place.
- Save the change.
This will take effect immediately. If customers have just accessed the membership, they will not see the change until they reload the page.
