You have stored support information for your account such as
- e-mail and
- telephone number.
- be shown in the legal notice
- in the header under Contact and
- in the e-mails to your customers under support information.
To change this,
- go to "Settings" and then "Legal notice" and change the information.
- Save the change.
Hide support phone number
- Click on "Settings" and go to "Profile"
- select "Seller"
- click on "Edit".
- Activate / deactivate the display of your support number
(alternative option: click in the logged-in seller account here!)
- Click on "Save."
