Redemption control for vouchers

  • Updated

If you have created the eTicket for a voucher, each voucher sold has its own voucher number.

You can find the purchased vouchers under Customers / eTicket orders / Details.

Here you can also see which voucher is still valid or has already been redeemed and you can mark it as redeemed there.

Overview of purchased vouchers

  • Go to "customers" and then "eTicket orders".
  • Click on "Details".
  • If necessary, filter for the product type Voucher to only see vouchers.

Here you can see the vouchers, including the number, and whether this has already been redeemed or not.

Mark the voucher as redeemed

You can mark the voucher as redeemed in two ways:

a) By scanning the QR code on the voucher or

b) in the backend for eTicket orders

  • To do this, click in the overview (see screenshot above) on the right on Details.
  • On the details page, click on the "Mark as redeemed" button.

If you have accidentally marked the voucher as redeemed, you can change this again.
