Which contract model is suitable for whom?

Right at the beginning, you need to decide on a contract model: you can sell in your own name or in a reseller model.

In this sense, there is no "wrong" model for you, and you can always change later.

For small business owners, selling in their own name is a good idea, since in the reseller model no small business rule can be taken into account when selling to your customers, since the reseller acts as the seller.

If you want to sell in your own name, you can do so if your company is based in the EU. You can sell immediately if you connect your Stripe or PayPal account, for example. In addition, you can open an integrated payment account and as soon as this has been legitimized by our banking partner, after you have uploaded the relevant records, you can use other payment methods.

If you would like to sell in the reseller model, first create your product and familiarize yourself with elopage. Then you can make a request for the switch to the reseller model. To do this, we check your products and information and decide whether this is an option for the reseller. After concluding the contract and providing the identification documents, you can then offer your products.
