Under "My plan" you will find all the information about the package or apps you have booked, the invoices and payments for the fees that are incurred for using elopage.

Here you will find
- which package and which apps you have booked
- what monthly costs are incurred and
- can change a package or cancel an app.
Video streaming fees
Videos that you have created using the >>video blocks for streaming are included up to a certain number, depending on the plan or app, and are therefore free of charge. If the number of your streaming videos exceeds 25 (with the app >>Videos or in the Advanced Plan) or 100 (in the Pro Plan), all additional videos will be billed separately. You will also find an overview of the additional options under "My Plan."

Here under Actions you can find
- for each month two invoices with the costs incurred from the previous month and
- a PDF list of all related transfers and costs.

You can view a payment receipt under "Actions."
Your account balance changes every day, as we calculate the costs for the booked package or apps on a daily basis.
If you click on Details, you can see more about how the coming costs are broken down.
Here you enter how you pay the invoice - by credit card or SEPA direct debit.
If you have received a promo code for elopage or have bought credit from us, then provide it here. From the next day, the daily costs for packages and apps will be offset against this.
