FAQ
What is my classification based on?
Your gross sales over the last 365 days determine which level you are at. If you were already registered before June 1st, 2020, you have already been classified in the next higher company phase.
What happens if I generate less sales the following year?
As long as your sales are not constantly lower than the limit set for your company phase (i.e. longer than 6 months), you will not be downgraded.
How can you get promoted?
If you are already generating higher sales and now want to switch to elopage, you can contact our account management. We will get in touch with you and talk to you about where you should be classified.
What happens to my sales volume if there are cancellations?
As long as your cancellation rate does not exceed 20%, nothing changes in your classification or volume calculation.
Are cancellation amounts included in the sales volume?
The cancellation amounts do not count as volume. Only turnover from sales is counted.
What is the maximum cancellation fee?
The cancellation fee will be at least as high as your transfer fee in the scale, but no more than 2.9% + EUR 0.25.
Are there any restrictions on payment methods depending on the transfer amount?
For high priced products of EUR 10,000 or more, we recommend using bank transfer. However, there is no general restriction.
I offer subscriptions or installment payments. How is sales taken into account?
The actual receipt of money is counted as the volume and not as the booked or invoiced sales.
What fee do I pay for subscription and installment payments?
The fee depends on the amount of the transfer per installment or charge.
Why were all existing customers upgraded as of June 1st, 2020?
As a thank you for the cooperation so far, we have upgraded all customers to the next higher corporate phase with lower transfer fees which are more profitable for them.
