As soon as your >>elopage PLUS account is legitimized, you can use SEPA direct debit as a payment method. This is offered to your customers as an option directly on the checkout page. More security for your customers, higher conversion for you!

Please also note that the SEPA direct debit will only be activated for you after complete, successful legitimation.
Activate elopage PLUS
- In the main menu of your seller account, go to "Payment methods" under "Settings" and book the app >>elopage PLUS or click on "Activate" if you have already booked the app or the premium plan.
Activate SEPA direct debit
- If your elopage PLUS account is fully legitimized, you will see the status "legitimized" on the right.
- To request SEPA activation, click on "Activate SEPA direct debit."
- Click "Activate SEPA direct debit" again.
- You will be forwarded to the request form.
In the request form, select "I have an existing seller account" as the type of request, enter "SEPA" as the subject and select "Activation of SEPA direct debit" as the reason for the request. As soon as you send the form, we will receive your request and we will take care of your request.
Define the payment settings
- You can only offer the SEPA payment method when your elopage PLUS account has been fully legitimized.
