To receive payments from your customers, you can
-
open a deposit account integrated in elopage with one of our banking partners
-
provide your PayPal Business account
- receive your own Stripe account for receiving payments by credit card and, if activated by Stripe, by SEPA direct debit.
The integrated deposit account
With the integrated deposit account, the entire process and all reports run through us. This means that you can see in the respective reports how much money is in the account and you can have these amounts cashed out to your checking account.
Here you only pay the transfer and service fees that are shown according to the price matrix.
If, on the other hand, you connect an external deposit account, the provider also incurs their fees in addition to the elopage fees.
elopage LITE
The following payment methods are available to you with elopage LITE:
- Credit card
- Payment in advance
- Purchase on account
Here you can find the amount limit for elopage LITE depending on the payment method.
elopage PLUS
WIth elopage PLUS, you have the following payment methods available to you:
- SEPA direct debit
- Credit card
- Instant transfer
- Payment in advance
- Purchase on account
Here you can find the amount limit for elopage PLUS, depending on the payment method.
Select which payment method is processed by which payment provider
If you have activated different payment providers, you can select which payment method should be processed via which payment provider in the matrix of payment methods.
If you change this later, existing installment and subscription payments continue to run through the previous provider, provided your customer does not change the payment method.
If you have activated elopage LITE and elopage PLUS, prepayment payments are always processed via elopage PLUS, as the handling and cancellation of prepayment payments, is less complicated here.
