If your customers have paid with a payment method that runs through elopage PLUS, these funds will be transferred to your elopage PLUS account. You can leave your elopage credit on your elopage account for as long as you want or you can cash it out to your bank account, provided your account has already been legitimized.
If your elopage PLUS account is not yet legitimized because you have not yet uploaded any records or the appropriate records, then do so now, as this is the prerequisite for the payment. >>Records required to legitimize elopage PLUS
In your seller account, you can find the following information under "Billing & Reports" and "New Cashout:"
- Bank balance
- Amounts that are payable with a delay of 7 days due to the security retention
- Next possible date of cashout
- Amount to be cashed out
Cashouts from your elopage account to your bank account are possible at any time from EUR 1.00.
After the cashout has been initiated, a transfer number is created that you can see in the >>Transfer overview. Filter by transfer type "Cashout" to see the initiated or already made cashouts and amounts.

- In the main menu of your seller account, go to "Billing & Reports" and "New Cashout".
- By clicking on the "info" icon under "Payable with a delay," you can see the date on which these earnings will be released for cashout.

The section "Pending cashout" shows the amounts of cashouts that have already been initiated and that have not yet been received in full in the selected bank account. As soon as the amounts have been successfully received on the withdrawal account, the section will be reset to € 0.00.

The cashout can only be activated if your deposit account has been legitimized with the records you submitted. If it has been legitimized, you will be informed by email.
- Select "elopage PLUS" as a currency account.
- Select your "bank account".
- Click on "Cash out."
- A window then opens in which you can see all the existing transfers that have been made with the elopage PLUS payment methods.

You can have the earnings of all transfers cashed out up to any date by selecting the desired date via the calendar. All transfers up to the selected date, as well as their total amount, will be displayed accordingly.
- The cashout is initiated as soon as you click on the button "Cashout to your own bank account."

Please note that the amount you cash out may still lead to cancellations for your products, depending on your right of withdrawal. Since your account cannot go negative, cancellations (except for PayPal payments) are only possible if there is still enough money in your elopage account.
Execution of the transfer
The transfer with the deposited cash out, first goes into the "Waiting for finalization" status. For all cashouts that have been initiated up to 3:30 pm (CET), the following processing times apply:
- 2 bank working days for cashouts in EUR and USD
- 2 to 5 bank working days for cashouts in other currencies

- In the main menu of your seller account, go to "Payments" and "Transfers."
- Filter by type "Cash outs" by clicking on the "funnel" symbol and click on "Apply."
- Click on "Details" to go to the transfer details.
- Now select "Download details", which you can now save or print out.
- The detailed payment slip opens.
