When purchasing, the seller's checkout page indicates whether there is a right of withdrawal for this purchase, either the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers or an extended right of withdrawal or a money-back guarantee.
What was displayed to you at the time of purchase and what may be in the seller's terms and conditions is relevant for your purchase. If you have a right of cancellation, you will usually also receive a PDF file with your cancellation policy from the seller.
Send revocation to the seller's support
If you have received this, fill it out and send the file by email to the support email address that is displayed in your purchase confirmation email or the email address that is displayed in the cancellation policy.
With most sellers, a revocation by email is sufficient.
Important! Send this to the support of the seller of the product / the service, because the review and processing of your revocation is carried out by the seller himself.
Ending a subscription
If you bought a product with a subscription, please end the subscription via your payment management link. This means that the next installment is not due.
Then send the revocation to the seller's support if you want to revoke the purchase and get back any money already paid.
Repayment of amounts paid by wire transfer
For the repayment, proof of account holder is required, which shows who the account holder is for the repayment account.
Please send this proof to the seller directly with your repayment request.
The proof must contain the following information:
- Your IBAN
- The name of the account holder
- The logo of your bank in order to be able to recognize the authenticity of the document.
Handwritten or self-made documents cannot be recognized.
