Have you bought a product with a subscription payment and already canceled and now want to revoke the cancellation?
Please note:
If the payments have already been discontinued, all payments that have not yet been executed and that have been due since then will be due again upon reactivation.
For example, You cancelled the monthly payment subscription three months ago and have not made any payments since the cancellation. Then the last three installments that would have been due to date will be due upon reactivation.
If the subscription has a minimum term and you have canceled it for a point in time in the future, you end the cancellation at the end of the respective minimum term.
Revoke the cancellation
For this please:
- Log into your customer account
- Click on "Payments" and "Orders" in the menu on the left.
- Then scroll to the right and click on the "..." symbol, then click on “link”, which will take you to the payment overview for this order.
On the next page you can then cancel the subscription by clicking on "Cancel".
The cancellation will then take effect on the final due date for your payment.
For a subscription without a minimum term, this is 1 day before the next due date.
In the case of a subscription with a minimum term and possibly an additional extension, this is 1 day before the end of the minimum term or the additional extension.
