Step-by-step guide
- In the main menu of your seller account, go to "Orders" under "Customers."
- View the order details by clicking on the order ID (to the left of the product name).
Tip
Simply filter your order overview by payment method (PayPal or SEPA) and payment status ("wait for incoming payment"). You can even save your filter settings and use them again and again in the future. How? We'll show you in the support article >>Saving filter settings.
- Click the "Grant access" button in the upper right corner.
- A pop-up opens. Click here on "Yes" if you would like to have the product delivered before receipt of payment. If not, click on "Cancel."
