Currencies when selling in your own name

The standard currency for your sales is euros. With the app >>Currencies CHF & USD, you can add additional currencies for elopage PLUS or your reseller account. The following currencies are currently available:

• Swiss Francs (CHF)
• US dollar (USD)
• Polish Zloty (PLN)
• British Pounds (GBP)

As a seller in your own name, you need an elopage PLUS, PayPal or Stripe to offer different currencies. A separate deposit account is created for each currency, to which the amounts are received. You can then select the relevant deposit account for the cashouts and account statements. How to activate the other currencies for your account can be found in >>Currencies with elopage PLUS.

*The elopage LITE deposit account is only available for those sellers who have already been legitimized.

Please note

For transfers in foreign currencies, the applicable percentage increases by 2% >>Price matrix: Transfer & service fees). For refunds, a fee of 2.9% is incurred, which will be deducted from the original fees. All currencies are available for purchase on account according to the table. In the overview of the orders you can filter the orders by currency.

Create account statements per currency account

For the account statements, you select the respective currency account in order to receive a statement for the corresponding account. 

Make a cashout from your currency account (only for sellers in their own name)

When making a cashout, you choose from which currency account the cashout should be made. The transfer will then be made in the currency you have selected.

In the "Overview" view and in the Analysis Dashboard 2.0 you can filter by different currencies.
