You can decide for yourself which type of e-mails you and your customers should receive. Here you can also manage the e-mail notifications to your publishers and team members. All notification categories are selected by default. If you no longer want to send certain e-mails, you can simply deactivate them and reactivate them at any time.
Step-by-step instructions
E-mails to providers
E-mails to you are always sent to the e-mail address that you have saved as a user e-mail in your seller account in your profile in the "Security" section.
- In the main menu of your seller account, go under "Settings" to "Notifications."
- Select the tab "Email notifications."
- You get to an overview of all categories for which elopage sends you e-mail notifications, e.g. "Orders & Payments."
- Under "Notifications to the account e-mail address," select the notification categories for which you no longer wish to receive e-mails and deactivate them by clicking on the "checkbox."
Good to know: If you move the cursor over the gray info symbol, an info window opens with the details of this type of notification.
E-mail notifications to customers
E-mails to your customers are always sent to the e-mail address they provided when purchasing your products.
- In the main menu of your seller account, go under "Settings" to "Notifications."
- Select the tab "Notifications by e-mail."
- You get to an overview of all categories for which elopage sends you e-mail notifications, e.g. "Orders & Payments."
- If you do not want your customers to receive an email notification of online course comments, deactivate this service by clicking on the "checkbox."

E-mails to your publishers are always sent to the e-mail address they have saved as a user e-mail in their publisher account in their profile in the "Security" section.
