You want to access your recently purchased product without having to enter a user name and password? Simply log in using your seller's magic link and you are only a few clicks away from your online courses, memberships and product bundles.
Sellers have to activate the the possibility to login via Magic Link for the respective product. If your order confirmation email does not contain a Magic Link, please contact the seller and request the features' activation for your product. The seller's contact info is usually displayed at the bottom of the order confirmation email below "Support".
Step by Step Guide
- Call up the order confirmation email you received, having purchased your product. The email is always sent to the email address you entered when you placed your order.
- In the order confirmation email you will find a button called "Magic link". Please click on it.
In case you do not have access to the order confirmation email, you can contact the seller and ask for the product's login link to be sent to you.
- You will be redirected to the seller's login page where you can request the login link to be provided via email by clicking on "Get the Magic Link now!"
- Enter the email address to which you wish the Magic Link to be sent and click "Send it!"
- You will see a message confirming that your Magic Link has been sent. Please go to your email inbox and check for a new message with the subject "Your magic login link".
- Open the email and click the "Sign In" button. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you couldn't make it in time you can always request another magic link (as instructed above).
- You are now logged in your payer account.
