If the payment is carried out with confirmation from the bank and your customers have entered a code, they have to initiate the subsequent installments manually.

To do this, we will send you a payment reminder by email 7 days in advance. Your customers simply pay the installments via their >>Payment manage page. As a seller, you can find the link in your account under "Customers" and "Orders" in the order details.
