Step-by-step guide
Canceling & reimbursing an order
- In the main menu of your seller account, go to "Customers" and "Orders."
- Choose the order you want to cancel. Use our >>intelligent filter here too.
- Click on the "order ID" or the options button to get to the order details.
- Click on "Cancel."
- A pop-up opens with the note that all installments must first be reimbursed. Since this is a one-time payment, you can skip this step.
- Click on "Cancel."
- Click on "Cancel payment."
- You will be shown the full repayment amount again. If you want to refund the amount in full, do not change this amount.
- Click on "Confirm cancellation."
- Click on "Yes" when you are sure that you would like to irrevocably cancel the order.
- You can see the transfer and the credit memo for the cancellation if you scroll down in the order details.
- You can download the credit memo here.
- Click on the "transfer ID" to view the associated payment.
