Overview
Overview
When you log into your seller account, the first thing you will see is the overview. You will also find graphics on the basic data of your company in the free Essential plan:
- Conversion rate
- Payments received
Conversion rate
The conversion rate is calculated from the number of visitors to your elopage shop and product pages and the number of purchases these visitors make. So this value indicates what percentage of your visitors you have converted to customers.
The graphic visualizes the following data sets:
- Total number of visits
- Total number of purchases
- Development compared to the previous period for visits and sales in percent (colored arrow symbols)
- Number of visits and purchases per time interval
You can determine the following parameters here:
- Time period
The units for the number of purchases are on the left vertical axis, the units for the number of visitors are on the right.
The legend shows you which color stands for which values. You can adjust the color of the graph by clicking on the "options symbol (3 dots)."
Please note
The development in percent is calculated in relation to the data from the previous time interval. If you choose the last 30 days as the period, you will see the development of the numbers in relation to the previous 30 days, etc. If you move the cursor over a time interval, you will see the details for this interval (e.g. day, month or year).
Payments received
This graphic shows you the following key figures according to the selected period:
- Total revenue from payments received
- Total number of products sold
You can determine the following parameters here:
- Time period
- Gross, net or net amount less transfer and service fees
- Currency
- Pricing plans (one-time, subscription and installment)
The units for the amount of payments received are on the left vertical axis, the units for the number of purchases are on the right.
