How long can the elopage coupon code be redeemed and when does the activated credit expire?
You have 365 days to use your coupon code. Once deposited, credit does not expire.

Which elopage products can be paid for with credit?
You can redeem the credit for elopage >>plans and >>apps. The following costs cannot be paid for with credit from a coupon code:
- >>Transfer fees & service fees
- >>Cancellation & chargeback fees
- Fees for >>streaming videos that exceed your inclusive contingent per plan (25 videos in the Advanced and 100 videos in the Pro plan).
- Products from the >>elopage Academy (incl. >>elopage Business Services).
Can the credit be transferred?
The credit cannot be transferred to other elopage accounts.
Can the credit be cashed out?
The credit cannot be cashed out and can only be used for booked apps and plan.
I haven't received my coupon code. What should I do?
