Do you want to give your buyers access to your content hosted on Kajabi? elopage supports the necessary parameters for automated communication with Kajabi via webhooks.
Communication with Kajabi via webhooks
Since June 2021, elopage has been automatically transferring webhook calls to URLs that start with https://checkout.kajabi.com/webhooks, including the parameters
- name (buyer's first and last name)
- email (the buyer email address)
- external_user_id (the elopage buyer ID)
Kajabi needs these parameters for certain actions, e.g. the automatic provision of access data for a Kajabi course to the buyer by email.
We pass these parameters to Kajabi for all webhooks
This means that, for example, access to the course on Kajabi can still be controlled after the purchase.
Please note: Kajabi uses 2 different URLs!
Kajabi distinguishes between
- an activation webhook URL
- a deactivation webhook URL
So at least two separate webhooks (one for the Kajabi Activation URL and one for the Kajabi Deactivation URL) with the appropriate events must be created in the elopage account and assigned to the product.
We explain here how you set up webhooks in elopage:
