Then in this article we will show you how you can use device fingerprinting to prevent multiple users from logging in at the same time. If the same login is used at the same time, a message appears that another person is already logged in and access is currently not possible. After a waiting time of 5 minutes, a new login attempt can be made.

Restrict access
- >>Create or >>edit your product.
- Go to the "More" tab.
- Check the "Restrict access to content" box under "Additional options."

Online courses that are included in a membership are only protected against multiple logins if you have restricted access for the membership product as described above.
