Q: How can I switch all ongoing payments to elopage CONNECT?
A: When purchasing, the payment provider is specified in the order. So if you are still using elopage LITE or elopage PLUS, e.g. for advance payment, then these payments will continue to go to your elopage LITE or elopage PLUS account and you can transfer them from there to your checking account.
Only if your customers change the payment method for an existing subscription / installment payment on the payment manage page and choose a payment method that runs via elopage CONNECT will the payment provider for the order be switched to elopage CONNECT and the payment will go to your elopage CONNECT account.
In the case of credit cards and SEPA in particular, this is due to the fact that the debit authorization has been granted for the other payment provider and must be granted again.
Q: Where do payments go when purchasing on account if I use multiple payment providers?
A: When purchasing on account, it depends on which payment method the customer chooses. The money goes, for example, to your PayPal account, to elopage PLUS or LITE if the customer transfers money or to elopage CONNECT if he selects a credit card, for example, and you have stored elopage CONNECT as the payment provider for credit card payments.
Q: How can I cash out my earnings?
A: You can have all earnings that are older than 7 days cashed out under "Billing & reports" / "New cashout." To do this, you select the appropriate payment account and the bank account for the cashout.
Q: How can I add new payment methods that I have via elopage CONNECT to my pricing plans?
A: With elopage CONNECT you have new payment methods available that you could not use with >>elopage PLUS and >>elopage LITE, such as
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Przewelewy 24 (for Polish customers).
If you would like to add this to all or certain pricing plans [, you can do this using the "Update pricing plans" feature under "Settings" and "Payment methods."

A: Your customers receive immediate access to the product as soon as the payment has been initiated. You no longer have to set up this access manually.
