Have you bought a product and do not have access to your product because you entered the wrong purpose for the transfer or created a standing order?
Then the payment cannot be assigned and you will not have access to the product or access will be blocked.
Therefore, please initiate each transfer manually via our system and then only use the purpose specified there. No invoice number, no customer number, as we work with our banking partners with a special allocation system.
How do I get access?
- Please send us a photo / PDF via a request via help.elopage.com with your proof of payment stating your order number.
The following data should be visible there:
- Your name as the account holder
- Your IBAN
- IBAN, date and amount of your transfer
- Purpose of use
Then we can do a search with our banking partner so that the payment is allocated and you get access to the product.
