Then the new payment is not an immediate transfer, but rather a normal transfer with the wrong purpose and cannot be assigned, but only be transferred back to you.

How do I get my money back and access to the product?
- Please pay the installment due via your payment manage link -> Trigger a new installment of a payment.
- Please create a request to our support via help.elopage.com and send your proof of payment as a photo / PDF. We will then instruct our payment provider to transfer the money back. The transfer back can take up to a week.
