Extension of access

  • Click on "Customers" and "Course Access" in the menu.
  • In the "Overview" area, click on the "3-dot symbol" to the right of the respective online course.
  • Click on the sub-item "Course access duration"

Course end on a specific end date

You can choose a specific end date in the format month / year up to which course access should be possible. The exact end day is determined automatically - depending on the payment date (if you have selected "from payment" for the course access) or depending on the start date (if you have selected "from date" for the course).

Lifetime course access

With this option, you give your customer lifetime (unlimited) access to your course.

Extension of access for a single customer (optional)

If you would like to extend access for an individual customer, you can also do this via the "Course access" view, where you first select the customer from the list.

  • Click on "Customers" and "Course Access" in the menu.
  • Further processing as above.
