Step-by-step guide
Opening community feeds
You can see all the posts from the different communities you are a member of at a glance. To do this, click:
- in the main menu of your customer accounts on the "Communities" tab.
In this area you can filter the posts according to the following criteria:
- Seller
- Community
- Online course
If you click on a post in this area, you will go directly to the community feed of the respective community in which this post was published.
Filtering the community feed
Once in the community feed, you can filter the posts based on the following criteria:
- Latest post
- Oldest post
- Most popular post
- Post most commented on
- Themes (only if themes are preset.)
You also have the option to see a list of all members of the community. In this list you can also see all the posts by a specific member, e.g. the seller. To do this, click:
- on the button with the "group icon" in the upper right corner of the feed.
Now you can see the list of all members of this community and how many posts each member has posted. This allows you to also see all the posts by a specific member:
- Click on the "View" button for the desired member.
