Step-by-step guide
Check email logs
- Go to "Logs"
- Enter the customer email address in the filter settings under "E-mail to" and confirm with the "Apply" button.
Check email delivery status
- Check the status of the selected email:
- "Successful:" Email was delivered from our side. Further check with support article: Email not received
- "Error": Email was denied.
Check error message
- Check the error message for the denied email by clicking the "Error message" field on the far right:
- "Quota exceeded:" The customer's mailbox is full and needs to be cleaned.
