Proof of registration
With business registration
- Business registration (dated and signed)
- Photo or scan in a file (PDF, JPEG or PNG)
Without business registration, with VAT ID no.
- VAT ID no. (official letter from the responsible tax office)
- Photo or scan in a file (PDF, JPEG or PNG)
Without business registration, without sales tax identification number (VAT ID no.)
- Tax number for the declaration of earnings from self-employment (official letter from the responsible tax office, e.g. letter with assignment of the tax number, tax assessment)
- Photo or scan in a file (PDF, JPEG or PNG)
Step-by-step guide
Send activation request
- In the main menu of your seller account, go to "Settings" and "Payment Methods."
- Click on "Activate" for "elopage PLUS."
- Click on "Okay, let's start!"
Select legal form
- Under "Sole Proprietorship" click on "Select."
Company headquarters information
- Fill out all fields.
- In the "Region" field, enter the state in which the company is headquartered or your place of residence (e.g. if you are a freelancer).
- If you have not registered a business, enter your place of business or your place of residence under "Place of registration."
- If you have registered a business, enter the headquarters of the responsible trade office under "Place of registration."
- Mark the first checkbox if you are subject to VAT in Germany.
- Mark the second checkbox to agree to the applicable terms and conditions for payment services.
- Click "Next."
Information about the authorized representative
- Fill in all fields and click "Next."

Please provide as much evidence as possible. If you click on "Catch up later," you will receive an email from the responsible department asking you to submit it as soon as possible. We cannot process your activation request until we have all the evidence.
