Do you use Tracify for your tracking?
Then you can now connect your Tracify account to your elopage account.
To use Tracify you need a separate paid Tracify account and our elopage Tracify app.
How do you set up the elopage Tracify app?
- Go to Settings / Technical Setup / Integrations
- If you have booked the Tracify app or it is included in your plan, you will see the settings for entering your credentials.
- For "Tracify CSID" enter your key, your so-called Customer User ID.
- Additionally, enter your Tracify token.
- Please contact your Tracify support if you are missing any data.
- Provided that the token and key have been entered, Tracify will be activated directly when the settings are saved.
By default, we send the data to your live Tracify account. If you want to send the data to Tracify's test environment (staging), you can enable this, but you may want to consult Tracify's support in advance.
You will receive a separate key and token for your test environment, which you will then provide here. If you switch back to your production environment afterwards, remember to exchange the corresponding key and token again!
The staging environment is usually only used during initial integration. Since Tracify is already fully integrated into elopage through our app, this step is eliminated in most cases. So you can start tracking directly without any delay.
What data is transferred to Tracify?
All data sent to Tracify is encrypted by us in advance. At no time do we send personally identifiable information in plain text to Tracify.
User interactions
All page views of your store are sent as an event to Tracify.
Event name | Description |
Page view | All page views of your store generate a page view event, e.g. a view of your store landing page, checkout page or funnel page |
Product view | Every product detail page, i.e. when someone clicks on a product. |
Add to cart |
While we don't offer a shopping cart, we do fire this event to better display the user funnel. It is triggered when a user clicks on the checkout button on a product detail page. |
Purchases / orders
All purchases trigger the purchase event, i.e. when a user buys a product on the checkout or a sales funnel page.
Note here:
- Order bumps on the checkout page are transmitted in an event. Each product (main product and order bump) is transferred as an item of the order.
- Purchases in the sales funnel are transmitted as a standalone order and are not sent together with the main product as a single event.
- The price of your order is always determined by the gross cart value, i.e.
- for single prices: the complete value of goods
- for subscriptions: the value of the first installment
- for limited subscriptions: the value over the entire period of the limited subscription
- in case of installment payments: the total value of the payment (i.e. the sum of the individual installments).
Attribution / Ad Tracking
Tracify also provides an attribution model to attribute your purchases to your different ad campaigns. Please also refer to the Tracify documentation on how to properly include the parameters in your various tools.
We transfer all tracking parameters supported by Tracify as soon as a user is redirected to your elopage store. In this case, the parameters are transmitted only on the first page of a session, i.e. the landing page. We forward the following tracking parameters defined by Tracify:
