Do you want to offer a coupon that includes a coupon code for one of your products with us? Then here we show you how it works.
-
1. Create the coupon design
Create a design for the pdf file on which the buyer's data and the coupon code will be imprinted at the time of purchase.
There are several tools on the Internet that will provide you with free templates for your voucher.
Here is an example from Canva, which many sellers use for their products.
Or find a royalty-free image from pixabay.com, which by the way you can also automatically transfer to Canva and edit there.
- See what fonts we offer and the corresponding tool so you can put the same font on your voucher.
- Write the fixed text on your voucher and then choose from us which data from the purchase should be placed where.
-
2. Create the bulk coupon codes for your product
-
Create the bulk voucher codes with gross prices in the amount of the value that this should receive.
- Specify for which product the voucher should be valid and select the pricing plan if you offer multiple payment plans for the product itself.
In this example, the voucher value is 100 euros gross, so we have selected the one-time payment of 199 euros here.
If the installment payment were selected during the purchase, which here is only 29 euros for the 1st installment, the rest of the voucher would be forfeited, as this can only be created for 1 installment or all installments and a balance cannot be transferred.
- Decide if this should be temporary and where and how it should be applied.
-
-
3. Create your own checkout page template without a give-away option
When a product is purchased with the give away option, it is always delivered immediately. Since gifts are usually to be given on a specific date,
- create your own checkout page template without the option "Give away / other delivery address" and then provide that with your product.
- create your own checkout page template without the option "Give away / other delivery address" and then provide that with your product.
-
4. Create the certificate type product
- Create a certificate with appropriate description
- import the previously created bulk coupons
- upload your voucher file in the "Design" step and hide all data except for the certificate ID. This will then contain one of the bulk voucher codes for each purchase.
- in the checkout page step, select the previously created checkout page template
- provide the product price as a gross price in the value of the bulk voucher code.
-
Important: Hide the Name field, otherwise the buyer's name will be imprinted.
- Take a look at the preview of the voucher and adjust if necessary if any of our content is not in the right place or if you have not hidden any content.
You can find the link to the preview if you click on "Product links" in the upper right corner and then on the button "Preview."
And you can start selling the voucher!
