Your team members can now also use the elopage Business app
- to access certain sales data and analyses, and
- for offline events to scan the QR codes with the app and redeem the tickets.
Team members who are also joint venture partners can view commission-relevant sales in the "Team Transfers" view.
Access to customer and sales data
You do not need to make any separate settings to access the data. If you have given access to certain areas of your seller account in the browser version under "Settings" / "Users & Partners," these can also be accessed via the Business app.
QR code scanning settings
To scan the QR code, you can set for your team members that tickets are automatically redeemed or the status is shown first and then they are redeemed manually.
